PRICING AND PAYMENT

DELIVERY - order


For digital products

The products are delivered automatically after the order. They are deemed to be compliant and without hidden defects.

For physical products

Online orders are made from the confirmation of the customer basket, specified in article 9 of these general conditions of sale. Once validated, the order is confirmed by return email to the Customer.

The seller has the right to refuse to access an order if the products are no longer available due to a shortage of stock or an order for too large a quantity. If this is the case, the customer will be fully refunded the amount of his order, as soon as possible and no goods will be delivered.

When the seller accepts the order made by the customer, the sale becomes final and the transfer of risks takes place: the customer becomes the only one to bear the risks of delivery, because he becomes the owner upon shipment.

The delivery of products is made for all of metropolitan France, overseas territories and Europe. No international deliveries are made. The average shipping time for orders is 3 days from the validation of the order . The average delivery time of the products is 4 days from the dispatch of the order.

In case of unavailability of product after the confirmation of the order, the seller informs the customer without delay, in writing, indicating the extended duration of the delivery time.
