This form must be printed and placed inside the package.

If the product has arrived defective, dirty or damaged, the customer must also attach photos and videos proving his good faith. In this particular case, the seller can:

either send the same clothes back to the customer
either different clothes for the same period if there is no more stock
or refund the customer

If the customer wishes to return garments and the reason is not a defect, customers can:

change size
choose another product with a similar price
get a refund

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made only by La Poste. The shipping method (tracking, with signature, etc.) for the return of the package is the responsibility of the customer.

Items on sale, promotion, clearance or flash sale cannot be returned.

Relay point returns are not accepted. Returns must be made to the address indicated on the return form:
